The Rules

Following the rules and regulations listed below ensure that every one is happy.  Both merchants and customers want the best for every body, below you will find a few simple regulations to ensure fairness when using Bargain Radio Vouchers.  We thank our customers for following these restrictions and we also thank our merchants for enforcing them. 

DO Follow Voucher Restrictions- Most vouchers have some sort of restriction on them to ensure that while you as a customer are getting a great deal, the business is still meeting the cost of your voucher. (We don't want businesses to loose money because then vouchers won't be available!) Most restaurant and retail vouchers have restrictions of "One Per Customer[or household] every 30 days". Many service vouchers are good for first time customers only. Voucher restrictions will vary, so never hesitate to ask us if you are unsure of how something works. Following the voucher restrictions properly is the only way that we can all get the best our of the discount voucher system!


Vouchers are Fully Transferable- Regardless of what name or information is printed on the customer section of each voucher, any one can use it! Did you buy something and realize you don't have time to use it? Give it to a friend! In addition, you can order additional vouchers as gifts with the name section labeled "gift" or we can address it to a specific person.


DO spend more than your voucher value!- You are already getting 50%, 60% or more off your order so go ahead and splurge a little. If you are using a service business, don't be afraid to add additional services, some times the merchant may even give you an additional discuont!


Vouchers are not redeamable for cash, can not be refunded and must be used by the expiration date listed on the voucher Vouchers give you a full 60-days to redeem them. If you do not use the voucher within this time frame, it is unfortunatly un-exchangable. Although, if you have an issue with any voucher you are more than welcome to bring it back into our office prior to the expiration date for an equal exchange based on the purchase amount.

If you are having difficulty with an order during non-business hours, please leave a message and we will assist you as soon as we can. We understant that we often run time-sensitive sales, leaving that voicemail will ensure you still get the sale, even it wasn't able to process online.


Gratuity if REQUIRED on all restaurants and most service vouchers We expect you to tip the industry standard of 15% of your total bill (price before voucher discount) And tip more if your service is outstanding! Gratuity should be given to service merchants who provide things such as hair styling, tattoos, dog grooming, spray tanning and massages.


Sales are not valid on merchants labeled "No Discount" or "Protected" S

One Voucher PER TABLE at restaurants.
If you are going as a group to a restaurant, you are only allowed to use one voucher for the entire party, even if checks are split.


One Voucher PER MONTH at restaurants.
Please do not use more than one restaurant voucher per month at each individual restaurants, you are more then welcome though to experience severl different places a month.


Most service vouchers are FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS ONLY
If you enjoed the service, it will probably be worth returning for full price ando ften a lot of merchants will giev you discounts for being a return customer or booking in advance. Ask them about it!


Availabiilty and restriction on all vouchers are always subject to change based on business needs.
We try our best to notify you of any changes when ever possible.


There are NO REFUNDS on any vouchers that you purchase.
Under certain circumstaces we are more than happy to do an exchange though.
