Summit Beauty School's primary focus is to foster and provide theory education plus hands on training in cosmetology and related areas. This supports the graduate with needed skills and abilities to be highly competitive for entry level positions. This training will prepare the students for their state board testing, which the graduating students at Summit Beauty School have had 100% passing rate on! The Summit Beauty School covers all of the following courses; Life skills, professional ethics, sanitation, anatomy, haircutting & styling, permanent waving, hair coloring, facials, hair removal, manicuring, pedicuring, nail enhancements, salon business, and employment opportunities. Upon graduation, the students will be facing diverse job opportunities, including; hairstylist, colorist, nail technician, educator, platform artist, or makeup artist. They may choose to work in an independent chain or even open a salon of their own. The students can specialize in salon management, hair color, education, or product demonstration. The future is truly limitless! The Summit Beauty School classroom is furnished with manicure tables, pedicure thrones, charts, diagrams, and videos to enhance their knowledge. Sally Mae financing is available for those who qualify. They are also approved by Division of vocational Rehabilitation by the state of Colorado for those who qualify.
